Catalyst Marketing Lab ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and provides digital marketing services to businesses in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its subsidiary legislation. By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge this policy.
Data Protection Officer

Personal data we collect
We collect personal data you provide directly — such as your name, company name, email address, phone number and any details in a message — when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or otherwise correspond with us. Where you engage us for services, we may also collect billing details and information needed to deliver the project (for example, website login credentials you choose to share, or content for your site). We also collect limited technical data automatically through this website (such as browser type, pages visited and general location) via analytics tools.
Purposes of collection, use and disclosure

Consent and withdrawal

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, and we do not send marketing calls, texts or faxes to numbers registered with Singapore's Do Not Call Registry unless we have your clear, verifiable consent to do so.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting providers, email platforms and analytics tools), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations, or where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority in Singapore.
Overseas transfer of data
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore — for example, to a cloud hosting or software provider based overseas — we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA before the transfer takes place.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, accounting records under the Companies Act 1967). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure or loss.
Your rights and access requests
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, contact our DPO at support@catalystmarketinglab.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Reasonable fees may apply to access requests as permitted under the PDPA.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we've handled your personal data, please contact our DPO first so we can address it directly. If you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in Singapore law. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
